Еще одна категория льготников освобождается от взносов на капитальный ремонт, сообщает Российская газета.
Это Герои СССР, Герои Российской Федерации, полные кавалеры ордена Славы и совместно проживающие с ними члены семей. Закон вступил в силу сегодня, 18 июня.
Кроме того, те, кто относятся к этой категории, освобождены от платы за пользование жилым помещением и его содержание, включая оплату услуг, работ по управлению многоквартирным домом, содержания и текущего ремонта общего имущества в нем, общедомовой холодной и горячей воды, электроэнергии, а также плату за отведение сточных вод.
Помимо этого, льготникам указанной категории не нужно платить за коммунальные услуги: воду, свет, отопление и газ, включая бытовой газ в баллонах, а также за твердое топливо, если в доме печное отопление. Вносить плату за отведение сточных вод и обращение с твердыми коммунальными отходами от них тоже больше не требуется.
Также этим льготникам бесплатно предоставляются услуги вневедомственной охраны вне зависимости от вида жилищного фонда.
Аналогичные льготы имеют Герои Социалистического Труда, Герои Труда РФ, полные кавалеры ордена Трудовой Славы. Новый закон освобождает их и членов их семей от платы за капремонт и оплаты всех общедомовых квитанций, а также от платы за домашний телефон.
